What remains unknown?

This research does not establish:

  • Net-new headcount or vacancy growth in US property-file production.
  • Actual salaries accepted by candidates or employer benefit loadings.
  • Time-to-fill, recruitment difficulty or turnover for these specific roles.
  • The share of a claims-transformation budget allocated to property production.
  • Paid utilisation, daily output or dependable surge capacity for contractors.
  • A representative relationship between reviewer hiring and poor first-pass acceptance.
  • Any named employer’s intention to buy managed production.

Several useful advertisements were accessible only through indexing or job boards. The AAA role was explicitly filled, and the Liberty Mutual advertisement was closed. Those distinctions are central to the analysis, not footnotes to a claim that all listed employers are currently recruiting. AAA status; Liberty Mutual status. (careers.ace.aaa.com)

Bottom line: hiring signals are most valuable when they reveal who owns a task, a quality standard or a spend category. The purchase decision should still turn on measured cost per accepted file, evidence quality and retained claims control.
