ScopeframeResearch for property claims buyers

Newsletter drafts

SeekNow’s published offering makes the distinction unusually visible.

Are you buying a finished estimate or an accelerated first draft?

Scopeframe research deskSection 10Page 4 of 23Updated 20 October 2026

Its estimate-writing page, dated 12 June 2026, advertises licensed-adjuster estimate preparation with 24–48-hour delivery and ESX/XML outputs. Separately, FastEstimate is described as producing a draft in about 60 seconds that the carrier’s adjuster reviews, adjusts and approves. These are supplier claims about different services, not comparable accepted-file turnaround results. (seeknow.com)

Buyer action: Require two clocks in the pilot:

  • Production clock: agreed input receipt to first delivery, with incomplete-input pauses disclosed.
  • Usable-file clock: initial submission to carrier acceptance, including queries, revisions and integration failures.

Count the carrier’s finishing time in both commercial comparisons. Keep inspection charges separate from production charges.
